Ingredients:
- 200 grams of dates
- 6 eggs
- 4 heaping tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 200 grams of shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 60 grams of dark chocolate (70% cocoa), broken into pieces

Instructions:
- Soak the dates in hot water for at least 15 minutes. Don’t discard the water—you’ll need it later.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- In a blender or food processor, add the soaked dates with a bit of the water. Blend well until smooth, scraping the sides as needed. Continue adding water until a soft paste forms.
- Add the eggs, cocoa powder, and shredded coconut to the blender. Blend until a thick batter forms. If you prefer a softer, moister cake, add more of the soaking water.
- Gently stir in the baking powder (do not blend it) using a spoon or spatula.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and sprinkle the dark chocolate pieces on top.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick—if it comes out clean, your cake is ready!

Tips for the Best Chocolate Cake:
- Use high-quality cocoa powder for an intense chocolate flavor.
- Adjust the moisture by adding more or less soaking water.
- Enhance the flavor by adding a pinch of sea salt or a splash of vanilla extract.
Enjoy this wholesome, rich, and satisfying chocolate cake that’s free from refined sugars and full of natural goodness. Perfect for a healthy lifestyle!
